The headstone of Emma Jane (Strong) Knight

at Three Arms

In Loving Memory of

EMMA
Darling Wife of
John R. Knight,
Carried by the Angels to that
Land of Rest April 11th 1912
Aged 22 Years 9 Mos
And departing left behind footprints
on the sands of Time

Her eyes had the hue of Heaven
And the light of its morning glow
As she looked with Prophetic vision
O'er the way that her feet must go.

Carried high on Angels pinions
To the Haven of Repose
She has entered God's dominion
And the joy of Heaven knows
