Port de Grave Gwendoline "Minnie" Dawe Gwendoline "Minnie" Dawe b. 1889 to William John Dawe and Matilda (Taylor) Dawe. Minnie worked keeping the accounts for her uncle George Dawe's Mercantile operation and shop in the Angle of Port De Grave harbour before doing the same work for Ayre's in St John's.
