Mom and Dad in 1951.
Mary Josephine Whiffen, born September 13, 1903,
Southern Harbour, NF, died Sep 30, 1980, Malden, MA.
Parents: John Whiffen (1868-1958) and Bridget Hynes
(1872-1917). Mom married on July 28, 1929, East Boston,
MA to Roderick J. Murray, born July 10, 1907
in Fox Harbour, died 1951 in U.S. at age 44 yrs.,
leaving mom with ten children to raise. His parents
were Anastasia Tucker Murray, born August 1871
in Brigus, died 1949 in USA. She married on 1891
John Murray b. 1852, d.1926 of Fox Harbour.
