Can You Identify This?

Unknown Soldier 2

Unknown Soldiers
WW1

The soldier on the left is my husband's grandfather,
Arthur Hammond. (per Tammy Hammond)

The other two soldiers are believed to be my Great Grandfather
Heber Spurrell, and the other is Thomas J. Meaney. I am not
really sure which name goes to which person.  This photo was
taken when they received the Military Medal for bravery in the
(Steenbeek River). There should be a fourth man standing there
next to them, Patrick O'Neil, but I am assuming he was the
one who got hit when they were transporting wounded
men to the closest bandage station. (per Peter Ginn)

Can anyone confirm the identities of the two soldiers
on the right and their home towns?
