This series of postcards from WWI show several members of the NFLD Regiment. The only clues to their identity are the names Roland and Vic. It appears that Roland was wounded in France sometime in March-April 1918 as there is one card noting he received it while in hospital and it has a date of April 1918. Vic spent time in hospital in the UK. They knew each other as there is one group photo of four soldiers from the regiments which Vic had sent to Roland.
