This document contains over 3000 names of Newfoundlanders
who served in WW II. It includes the names of those who formed the 18
Contingents and those who transfered from the Newfoundland
Overseas Forestry Unit. I have created an Errata file which can ve viewed by clicking on the link below. The file lists duplicate names and service numbers. This is not intended to replace the original information but to act as a guideline to assist you in your research. Errors or omissions may occur. Please do not hesitate to contact me to correct any information in this listing. |

For soldiers that died during the war, additional information can be found at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site. In the future I will attempt to link the individual names in this Nominal Roll to the individual names at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
