Passed away on April 1, 2011 in Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center, surrounded by his loving family, Edward Mercer of Gander in his 77^th year. Left to mourn with loving and happy memories his wife of 55 years Nell, sons, Ted (Judy), Jim, Dave (Cathy), Ken (Yvonne), daughter Sandy (Dale), step-daughter, Beth (Greg); grandchildren; Shane (Sarah),Janelle, Chelsea, Adam, Ryan, Alicia, Ian, Derrick (Mandy), Karyn (Trent), Nadine (Steve) and special new addition Nicholas, as well as a large circle of family and friends.
