Passed peacefully away after a short illness on Wednesday February 1, 2012 at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre at the age of 64. Predeceased by parents Job and Mamie Feltham and sister Maggie Button. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 37 years-Mona, daughters Nicole (Richard), Melanie (Chris), and son Rodney (Jackie), and 4 grandchildren-Rebecca, Riley, Lacey, and Jaxon. Brothers Ephriam (Nita), Garfield (Ethel), sisters Charlotte (Sam), Patricia (Len), and Marjorie (Ben). Also leaving behind many nieces and nephews and a very large circle of great friends. Also Aunt Maggie Hunt of St. John's, Aunt Susie Dyke of Clarenville, Aunt Liz Feltham of Dover and Aunt Sybil Blackmore of St. John's and many cousins. Funeral service was held on Sunday, February 5th, 2012 at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Salvage with Rev. Paul Thoms, Rev. Daphne Parsons and Bishop Edward Marsh officiating. Internment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Salvage. Arrangements entrusted to Oram's Funeral Home, Glovertown.

GOODYEAR, Maxwell -
Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Heath Center on February 1, 2012, Maxwell Pittman Goodyear, age 92 years. Predeceased by parents John and Merab (nee Pittman), son Hayward, brothers John Jr, Doug, and sister-in-law Phyllis. Left with loving memories are his wife Triffie, sons Maxwell (Doreen) of Gander NL, Ben (Diane) of Oshawa ON., daughter Marilyn (Kirk) Meints of Ft. McMurray AB, sister Jessie (Neil) Newbury of St John's NL, sister-in-law Janet Goodyear ( nee Barttett), daughter-in-law Bride Goodyear (nee Bridgeman), Grandchildren Karen, Kenneth, Keith, Lisa, Jamie, Brandon, Michael, Tanner, Alison, Great Grandchildren Kenneth, Benjamin, Nicholas, Martena, Kegan, Robin, Lance, Paul, Blake, Patrick, Sadie, Sophie and Zoee. Passed away on Feb 2, 2012 Mary Oldford (nee Matchim), age 89 of Burnside. Leaving to mourn her husband Charles, children, Lynda (Mckenzie) Babstock and Wayne Jacqueline) Oldford, grandchildren Charlie, Mckenzie and Leah (Babstock), Sarah and Jenny (Oldford) plus a large circle of family and friends. Funeral service took place on Feb 4 at St. Alban's Church, Burnside with internment at St. Alban's Cemetery.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one Juliette Sheila Stagg, age 47 years of Cape Freels on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Brookfield Hospital. Juliette is predeceased by her parents Wilson and Joan Hicks; niece Jillian Hicks. MOSS, Dorman George - Oct. 3, 1938 - Feb. 3, 2012
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dorman in Surrey BC. Dorman moved to Surrey in 1995 to live with his niece, Terry and her husband, Ian. He was well loved and respected and will be forever remembered by a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Nelson and Mary Kate Moss and his sister Phoebe Northcott. His remains are being returned to Gander for internment and will be attended to by Stacey's Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 17th - 2 PM - 4 PM and 7 PM - 9PM at Stacey's Funeral Home. Internment will be at All Saints Cemetery on Saturday, Feb. 18th at 2 PM. Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital February 4, 2012, Stella Hewitt, of Gander, NL, in her 91st year. Born February 18, 1921, to Henry Thomas Smith Hancock and Charlotte Fitzgerald of Brooklyn, Bonavista Bay. Predeceased by her husband, John; parents and step-mother Lillian Bartlett, brothers Barnett (Daisy), Frederick (Mary), and Eric; sisters, Florence and Kate (Walter Woodward). Left to cherish her memories are her children, Sandra Hewitt (Gilbert Talbot), Belleville, ON; Wayne (Bonnie), Gander; Gail (David Rahal), Halifax, NS; Carol (Dennis Horsfall), Lantz, NS; Derek (Beverly Samson), Gander; Catherine (Shawn Goodwin), St. John's. Also leaving with fond memories are her grandchildren, Katherine, Marguerite, John and Angela; Kristy, Terri Lynn and Natasha; Andrea; Jennifer; Matthew, Katie and Sarah. Passed peacefully away at the Captain William Jackman Memorial Hospital, Labrador City, NL in the presence of her loving family, Audrey Phyllis White. Predeceased by her husband Douglas, parents Isaac & Susie Vincent, and stepmother Eliza Vincent. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: her daughter Janice (Ewart) with whom she resided; sons Max (Lillian), Tony (Dorothy), Ross (Maxine); sister Rose (Harry); brothers Boyd (Maxine) and John. Mom White will be greatly missed by her special grandchildren Jennifer (David), Brandon, Monica, Jason (Kara), Paul, Jeff (Lisa) and Steve (Rachelle); her great-grandchildren Julia, Bailey, Peyton, Terri-Anna, Kiana and James; her special canine friend Baxter.
