Mary Attwood
- 90 years of Valleyfield passed away peacefully on January 11, 2014 at Lakeside Homes, Gander. Predeceased by her parents; John and Beatrice Ricketts, husband; Carson, sisters; Emma Sturge and Julianna Sturge, brothers; Leslie Ricketts and Abner Ricketts, grandson; Darren Hutchings and son-in-law; Lester Burry. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons; Leslie (Kathy) of Laurencton and James (Linda) of Valleyfield, daughters; Shirley (Bruce Hutchings) of Laurencton, Annie (Wallace Hounsell) of Valleyfield and Emma (Kenneth Penton) of Valleyfield, 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and a large circle of other family and friends. Funeral service took place on January 13, 2014 at The Grace Pentecostal Church, Valleyfield with Pastor William Burton officiating. Interment followed from the Grace Pentecostal cemetery, Valleyfield. Donations in her memory may be made to the Grace Pentecostal Cemetery Fund. BOONE, Vincent
Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Hospital, Gander on January 6th 2014,Vincent Boone age 83 years. Predeceased by parents Beatrice and Dawe Boone, Sister Marjorie, Brother Fred, grandson Todd Skinner. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Sue Boone of Gander, sons Fred (Annette) of Bay Roberts, Roy (Margaret) of Gander, Curtis (Sylvie) of Quebec, Jim (Karen) of Calgary, daughters Dale Boone of Baie Verte, Florence (Dan) Chapman of St John's, Terri (Albert) of CBS, Bev Boone of Charlottetown, PEI, Sharon Boone (Rod) of Kentville, NS, Wanda (Cordell) Parsons of Kentville, NS, Yvonne Boone (Todd) of Ottawa, stepdaughter Judy (Clyde) Chubbs of St. Lewis, Lab, 26 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, also many nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Clayton Maxwell Butt
age 80, of Gander passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on January 4, 2014. He was predeceased by his wife Olive (Roberts) in 2011. He leaves to mourn with lasting memories are his children; Jim (Judy) of Pasadena, Sharon Pike (Darrell) of Gander, Sheila Richards (Jeff) of Pasadena, Dianne Lane (John) of Castlegar, BC and step daughter Dorothy Hurley (Eric) of Lewisporte; grandchildren Chris Richards (Jennifer), Jennifer Lane (Chris Gagnon), Shawn Lane, Greg Pike, Heather McNulty (Dave) and Megan Pike. His great grandchildren Rowan, Ellie, and Kailynn lit up his life. Also left to mourn are his sisters Dora Hickey (Pat) and Christine Nolan (Terry) of Gander as well as a large circle of friends and relatives. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Albert O'Mahony Manor, Clarenville on Sunday, January 26, 2014, Martha Chaulk of Deadmans Bay, aged 83 Years. Predeceased by her parents Ephraim & Sarah (Hillier) Stokes, sons; Lawrence & Calvin, daughter Fern, brothers; Herbert & Peter, sisters; Melissa, Daisy, Carrie, Eliza, daughter-in-law Nellie, brothers-in-law Jim, Cecil Cuff, Cecil Pardy, Edwin and Stanley; sisters in law Blanche, Elizabeth. Left with fond and loving memories her son Ernest (Shirley); five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sister Vera, brother Cecil, sister-in-law Ethel and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Monday, January 27, 2014 and the United Church Deadmans Bay, Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from the United Church, Deadmans Bay with interment at the Deadmans Point Cemetery. Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Center, Gander on January 15th 2014, Audrey Cuff age 85 years. Predeceased by parents Jesse and Minnie, husband Watson Cuff, brother Baxter. Left with loving memories are sons Gordon (Rose) of Grand Falls-Windsor, Boyde of Carmanville, daughters Linda of Gander, Trudy (Gordon) of Gander, Iona (Tom) Belleville, ON., brother Roderick of Toronto, ON., 6 Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family on January 7, 2014 at The Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, Bruce Eugene Larry Gibbons age 67 years of Lumsden, NL. Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital on Jan 23 in her 93rd year, Winnie Goulding. Passed peacefully away on January 19, 2014 at Brookfield Bonnews Health Care Center in the presence of her loving family, Daphne Melissa Guy, aged 64. Predeceased by her parents Fanny and Augustus Abbott. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories her five children, Kelly (David), Cheryl-Ann (Morris), Eddie (Trina), Vic (Crystal-Gail) and Roseanne. Grandchildren, Brad (Cassandra), Shane, Wayne, Carly and Carter, brothers Bob (Peggy) and Eric, sister Marjorie. Also, a very large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
