(1935-2014)

It is with great sadness that the family of the late MARY ANTLE of Beau Bois announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at the age of 79. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons Michael (Joan) of Badger, NL and Nish of Beau Bois; daughters Maude (Robert Whiffen) of Sparwood, BC, Doris Farrell (Isaac Webb) of St. John's, Jackie (Michael Gaulton) of Rushoon, Beth (Roy Barron) of Rushoon, Marg Dyke of Beau Bois, Louise (Greg Walker) of Oshawa, ON and Mary Lou Antle of Beau Bois; brother Robert (Margaret) Kelly of Gould's, NL; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, her very special girl Alicia Antle of Beau Bois; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Passed away at the Grand Bank Health Care Centre on Tuesday January 14, 2014 Sarah Rebecca Kearley of Grand Bank age 84 years. Predeceased by husband Arthur Kearley, parents, two brothers Freeman and Thomas. Leaving to mourn, sister Jesse (Max Baker) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank, on Monday January 6, 2014, Vivian Mary Ann Smith of Grand Bank age 90 years. Predeceased by husband Fred Smith, parents Thomas and Bertha Grandy, brothers; Jim, Leonard, and Clarence. Sisters Effie, Elizabeth, and Louise. Leaving to mourn; son Melvin (Edwina), daughters; Betty (Lloyd), and Bertha (George). 8 grandchildren, and 12 great- grandchildren. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Ern was beloved grandfather of Debbie Sainsbury (John), Catherine Hunt (Paul), Michael Small (Lisa), Stephanie Hodder (Mark Snooks), Matthew and Sarah Williams; and great -grandchildren Chelsey Sainsbury, Jeremy and Adam Small, and Maelle Snooks; sisters Sheila Green (Kevin) and Georgina Martin (Ken) plus a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Sunday from 7-9 pm and Monday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove, Tuesday, January 14th at 2 pm with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Hodder's Point.
