It is with great sadness that the family of the late GEORGE CLARKE of Marystown, NL, announces his passing at his home in Marystown, on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at the age of 77. Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Friday June 14,2013 Jean Rose Clements age 72 years. Predeceased by father Archibald Dicks, and grandson John. Leaving to mourn; mother Janet Dicks of Winterland, husband Fred, sons Wayne (Robyn) of Parry Sound Ontario, Perry (Paulette) of Dartmouth Nova Scotia, Dennis (Denise) of Grand Bank, daughter Holly (Lorne) of Fortune. 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, brother Harold (Shirley) and sisters Shirley (Leo), and Edna. Sister-in-law Dorothy Prosser Clements. Brother-in-law Cecil (Marilyn). Plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Majors Lyndon and Lisa Hale from Salvation Army Citadel, Grand Bank at 2 pm on Sunday, June 16, 2013. Music was provided by Salvation Army Band. Interment followed at Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank. Pall Bearers were: Jamie Clements, Bob Clements, Wayne Clements, Cecil Clements, Mark Herridge, Leo Legge. COLLETT, Annie
(October 20, 1918 - June 27, 2013)

It is with great sadness the family of Annie Collett of Baine Harbour announces her passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on June 27, 2013 at the age of 94 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son Fred White (Ena) of Fortune; daughters Mary Brown (Raymond) of Baine Harbour and Evelyn Fowlow of Trinity East; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; extended family of the Collett family plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husbands Orlando White and Reginald Collett and son-in-law Austin Fowlow. Resting at St. Mark's Anglican Church, Thursday, June 27th at 8 PM and all day Friday. Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Friday, June 7, 2013, Ellen Crowley formerly of Grand Bank, in her 96th year. Predeceased by daughter Marie Pittman, son-in-law Bill Pittman, husbands Benjamin Riggs and Lyman Crowley, sister Olivia Baird, brother Frank Mullins and parents Alice and Fred Mullins. Leaving to mourn sister Ethel Nurse, Greg Pittman, Jo-Ann and Family, Judy Foote, Howard and Family, Mary Rodgers, Dave and Family and Jean Rose, Ray and Family. Also nephews Fred and Eugene Nurse and their families plus a large circle of relatives and friends. DEPASQUALE, Ann Marie
(November 20, 1943 - June 17, 2013)

It is with great sadness that on Monday June 17, 2013, Ann Depasquale passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in her 70th year. Predeceased by husband Giovanni of 25 years, mother Marjorie and father Len Matthews Sr. of Grand Bank. Leaving to mourn partner Gary Ralph of 20 years. Daughter Anita Merritt and husband Richard of Smithville Ontario. Two wonderful grandsons Alexander John, and Benson Morley. Ann was 1 of 15 brothers and sisters living in Grand Bank and Ontario. Ann also leaves to mourn many nephews,nieces, plus other relatives and friends. Also a special friend Betty Kelland. Cremation to follow. Passed away peacefully at the Blue Crest Nursing Home Grand Bank on Thursday, June 13, 2013, Emris U. Hillier of Point Au Gaul, age 80 years. Predeceased by husband Douglas. Leaving to mourn family at Trinadad and Tobago. Special friend Marie and large circle of family and friends. Funeral Mass was conducted by Father Cecil Critch from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Lamaline at 11 am on Saturday June 15, 2013. Interment followed at St Mary's Anglican Cemetery, Lamaline. Music was by the Choir. Cross Bearer was Marie Collins. Pall Bearers were: Mark Collins, Wayne Collins, Sean Collins, Terry Hillier, Freeman Hillier, Lewis Dodge. It is with great sadness that the family of the late PIUS TARRANT of Lawn, NL, announces his passing at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's, on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: wife Sadie of 54 years; sons Chris 'Jody' (Margaret) of Lawn and Dean of Toronto, ON; daughters Trudy (Gerard Lundrigan) of Lawn, Darlena (Max Brockerville) of Lawn, Renita (Wade Pike) of Lloydminster, AB and Lisa (Murray Brockerville) of Toronto, ON; sisters Olivia Lambe of Lawn, Irene Edwards (Jim) of Lawn and Imelda Etchegary (Leo) of Lawn; brothers Andy (Sue) Tarrant of Toronto, ON and Mark Tarrant of Ottawa, ON; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by: parents Pius and Gertrude Tarrant, granddaughter Jessica Brockerville and brothers Anthony and Neil Tarrant.
