Tom.J Murphy, 60, North Sydney. He lived the past 35 yrs in North
Sydney, on Stanley Street. He died of a heart attack Born St
John's Nfld, he was the son of the late Mr & Mrs James Murphy.
Mr Murphy was an insurance agent saleman and a member of St Joseph's
Church in North Sydney. His wife is the former Elsie Vatcher of Rose
Blanche. He is survived by daughters, Marie (Mrs George Benac); Eileen at
home and Elizabeth (Mrs Ralph Ivey) and sons, Gerald, who works for Sears;
William (Bud), works for Government Department in Port Aux Basques and
Archie. He is also survived by sisters, Mrs Lilliam Connally, Mrs Molly
Powers and brothers, Frank, Peter, and John a foster brother Frank
St
John's Nfld.
Remains at family residence funeral from Residence
