Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Centre in Botwood on Monday, April 2, 2012, Mrs. Janet Frances Marshall, age 97 years of Milltown. Leaving to mourn her loving family: daughters, Ruth and husband, Ralph Skinner, at Milltown, and, Lillian, and husband, James Barron, at Florida; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Morgan, one brother, sisters, and parents, Garfield and Hannah Roberts. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Christ Anglican Church in Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Milltown. It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gord Organ announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Thursday April 19, 2012 at the age of 59. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Veronica; sons: Jamie, Stephenville, NL, Trevor, Calgary, AB & Todd, Stephenville, NL; step children: Josephine McDonald, Lower Sackville, NS, David McDonald, Loriann McDonald, Gerard McDonald & Jerrett McDonald, all of Conne River, NL; siblings: John, St. Alban's, NL, Melita Bazinet, Abbottsford, BC, Mary (Calvin Sutton), St. Alban's, NL, Marjorie (Angus Hoskins), St. Alban's, NL, Pius (Cindy), Frederickton, NB, Don (Debbie), New Market, ON, Gerard (Mary), Benoit's Cove, NL, Christina (Ron Hayman), Ramea, NL, Lucy (Gord), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Cecilia (Gerard Benoit), Conne River, NL, Sam (Betzie), Stephenville, NL, Eli Jr. (Loretta), Ramea, NL, Glen, St. Alban's, NL & Calvin, (Tammy), St. John's, NL; father: Eli, St. Alban's as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother: Veronica and a sister in infantcy. The funeral service was held on Tuesday April 23, 2012 at 2 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.

SKINNER, Vera Ida

Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Thursday, April 12, 2012, Mrs. Vera Ida Skinner, age 63 years of Harbour Breton. Leaving to mourn her loving family: husband, Donald; daughters, Janice and husband, Gary Bungay, at Mount Pearl and Donna Strowbridge at Harbour Breton; sons, Todd and wife, Jennifer, at Paradise, Mark and wife, Roxanne, at Harbour Breton and Colin and wife, Kimberly, at Bryant's Cove; eight grandchildren, Adam, Nikita, Michael, Nicholas, Cameron, Sarah, Jackson and Samantha; her mother, Mrs. Sarah Mullins at Rencontre East; brothers, James Sheppard and wife, Janice, at Rencontre East, Aaron Sheppard and wife, Christine, at Eastern Passage, NS and Lawrence Sheppard at Rencontre East; sister, Mona Sheppard at Rencontre East; homecare workers, Monie and Alice; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by father, Clayton Sheppard, stepfather, Abner Mullins, parents in law, Pearl and Richard Skinner and brother in law, Samuel Skinner.Funeral service was held on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Harbour Breton with Father Justin officiating.
