It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sandy Collier announce his passing at his Family Residence, St. Alban's, NL on Thursday July 21, 2011 at the age of 83. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Nellie; children: Melita Collier, St. Alban's, NL, Michael (Kimberly), Fall River, NS, David (Margaret), Head of Bay d'Espoir, NL, Kevin (Judy), St. John's, NL, Kenneth (Maxine), St. Alban's, NL, Gilbert (Roberta, St. Alban's, NL, Margaret Organ, Timberlea, NS, Germaine (Vernon Watkins), Milltown, NL, Louise (Raymond Buffett), St. Alban's, NL, & Helen (Derek Doucette), St. John's, NL; grandchildren: Michelle, Brandon, Sondra, Ryan, Benjamin, Jovonah, Jesse, Alisha, Aaron, Caisie, Megan, Rebecca, Sarah; great-grandchildren: Ryder & Avery; brother: Isaac, St. Alban's, NL; sisters: Mona Willcott, Violet Willcott, both of St, Alban's, NL, Emma McEachren, Calgary, AB & Laura Gale, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son in law: Jerome Organ; brother: Gerald; sisters: Theresa Noseworthy & Lena Rose. The funeral service was held on Monday July 25, 2011 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's with Father Alberto Adaza officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Cooper of Morrisville, NL announce his passing at St. Claire's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, NL on Sunday July 10, 2011 at the age of 74. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Evelyn; son: Rodger (Jackie), Morrisville, NL; grandchildren: Johnathon & Mary Alliston Butt; brothers: Edward (Lucy), Fortune, NL, Ray (Juanita), Morrisville, NL, Lew (Barb) & Ron (Dot), all of Burgeo, NL; sisters: Maude Leamond, Burnt AIslands, NL, Mildred Marsdon, Cloverdale, BC, Ena (Doug Kendell), Morrisville, NL, Alice (Stan Cossar), Burgeo, NL, & Erica (Eric Taylor), Milltown, NL; sisters in law: Fran Laba, Arizona, USA & Elizabeth O'Grady, CBS, NL; brother in law: George Harris, St. John's, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister: Blanche (Bill Ball); brother in law: Ron Leamond. The funeral service was held on Wednesday July 13, 2011 at 3:00 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown with Reverend Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at the Community Cemetery, Morrisville. Leaving to mourn her loving family: son, Gerald Buffett, wife Margaret of Gander, step son, Bill Evans, wife Marina at Mineville NS, step daughters Ivy Picco at Botwood, Jean Sheppard, husband, Reg at Mose Ambrose, Edith Marshall, husband, Jack at Sheet Harbour NS.; sisters - Maxine Gushue, husband, Ray at Corner Brook, Joyce Borden, husband, Eric at Corner Brook, Eleanor Anstey, husband, Lloyd at Corner Brook; brothers - Gordon Buffett, wife, Verna at Corner Brook, Rupert Buffett at Halifax, NS and George Buffett, wife, Brenda at Corner Brook; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Leaving to mourn her loving family: daughter, Patsy at Gander; three grandchildren, Candace (Joshua) at Gander, Sterling (Sheena) at English Harbour West and Bradley at Gander; two precious great grand-daughters, Shyanne and Mya; brother, Bert (Hilda) at Carbonear; three sisters in law, Mary at St. John's, Mary at Kelligrews and Emma Hatch at Grand Bank; two brothers in law, Raymond at Grand Lapierre, Albert (Hilda) at Buchans, plus a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Passed suddenly away as a result of a fatal Bicycle Accident in Grand Falls Windsor on Saturday July 19th 2011, Mr. Phillip James Snook age 43 years of Harbour Breton. Leaving to mourn his loving family, daughter Danielle at St. John's and son Logan at Gander, sister Rose (Bill) Karen (Corey) all at Grand Falls Windsor, Jackie (Guy) at Alberta and Juanita (Mike) at Grand Falls Windsor, brothers Wallace (Samantha) Alberta, Jason (Terri), Shawn (Melanie) all at Grand falls Windsor and James in Alberta. His Guardians "Clyde and Mina Tibbo" at Grand Fall Windsor plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his mother Doreen Tibbo in 1982 and his grandparents Clyde and Sarah Jane Tibbo. Funeral serves was held on Thursday July 21st at 11 am from St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church in Harbour Breton with rev. Charles Harris officiating, Interment followed at Anglican Cemetery in Harbour Breton. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the card of Spencer's Funeral Home.
