Downton / Roberts
First time grandparents, Ed and Joan Downtown, Halifax, NS are thrilled to announce the arrival of their grandson. Mitchell Edward Reuben arrived on October 6th, 2002. Proud parents are Eddie and Laurie Downton, Springdale, NL. Nanny (Kathleen Roberts) and great-grandparents (Reg and Laura Weir) are also very happy to welcome this darling baby boy.

Drennan / Higdon
Nancy and Jason Drennan of Dartmouth, NS, welcome the first arrival of their family, Kaleb Nathanial, at 8 lbs. 5 oz., on October 23rd, 2002. Grandma and Grandpa Higdon of Grand Falls-Windsor, Nanna and Poppa Young of St. John's as well as Aunt Kerri and Uncle Roger are very proud of you Keleb and look forward to watching you grow.

Dunn / Snow (with picture)
A little bit of Snow, a little bit of Dunn, and he's done perfect. Congratulations to Chris and Lynn Ann on the birth of their first child, Trevor Boyd, born at Ottawa General, ON, on 9-11-02 at 7 lbs., 11 oz. Proud grandparents are Art Dunn, St. John's, Joan Dunn, Ottawa and Eldon and Pauline Snow, Clarke's Beach.

Hender / Mooney
GO HABS GO!!! Derek and Paula (Mooney) are thrilled to announce the newest Habs fan and possible 2019 NHL Draftee for the Montreal Canadians! Mom and Dad scored the game winner when Jason Paul arrived safely on April 2nd, 2002 at 6:02 pm at East Jefferson Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, weighing in at 9 lbs. 1 oz and 21 inches long. Jason already has the makings of a strong solid player! Celebrating are proud grandparents Len and Betty Mooney of Kilbride and Claude and Margaret Hender of Gander. Proud great-grandparents are Sadie Mooney of Kilbride, Betty Stacey of St. John's and Watson Green of Dark Cove.

Jasmin May King born May 8th, 2002, weighing 7 lbs. 13 oz., at North York General Hospital in Toronto.

McGrath / Tullo
The McGrath family would like to welcome the newest addition to their family, Emily Irene, who was born on March 12th, 2002 in Thorold, ON. The very happy parents are Paul and Anna McGrath. Paul is originally from St. John's, NL, and Anna is from Thorold, ON. Emily Irene is named after her two great-grandmothers: Emilinda Paolone of Italy, now living in Thorold, and Irene Jardine who lives in St. John's.

Smith / Taylor (with picture)
The Smith family of Oakville, Ontario welcomes their newest addition, Alyssa Leanne, who was born on January 25th, 2002 to Adam and Jennifer. Nan and Poppy Smith of Arnold's Cove and Nan and Poppy Taylor of Bonavista and your many aunts and uncles are all very proud of you and look forward to watching you grow. Alyssa Leanne was born at 7 lbs. 6 oz.
