Halifax, formerly of Aquaforte, Nfld, died Monday in the Halifax Civic Hospital. Born in Aquaforte, Nfld. He was the son of the late William and Catherine (Gahan) Keough. He was employed at ther Chateau Halifax hotel for about 16 years. He is survived by his wife, Dororthy Bennett: two sisters, Irma Ryan, Lillian Canning, both of Halifax, a brother, Ronald, Verdun, Quebec. He was predeceased by his first wife Emma Lovett, two brothers, Patrick and Stanley. The body is in Snows Funeral home, Halifax, VIsiting hours 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today and Thursday. Funeral will be held 10 a.m. friday in St. Catherines's Roman Catholic Church, Halifax. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
