BIRTHS:

BRYDEN - On the 3rd ult., at Pittson, Pennsylvania, U.S., of Mrs. William BRYDEN of a son.

FITZGIBBON - On Sunday, 1st inst., the wife of E. FITZGIBBON, Esq., of a daughter.

MARRAIGES:

BODEN - MANSFIELD - On the first January at the Parish Church of wolborough, Newton Abbott, by the Rev. H. C. DESHON, William Thomas BODEN, Esq., of Rose Bank, Ringmore, to Mary Baker, widow of Walter MANSFIELD, Esq., late of Singapore, East Indies.

DEATHS:

COCHRANE - Dec. 31, at Gibralter, Anne Theresa Elizabeth, wife of the Hon. Sir Thomas COCHRANE, Kt., Chief Justice of Gibralter, and eldest daughter of the late Colonel HALY, some time Lieut. Governor of Newfoundland, aged 67 years.

ROGERSON - On Monday morning, Amelia, widow of the late Peter ROGERSON, Esq., merchant, and the beloved mother of the Hon. James J. ROGERSON, aged 75- years.

BIRTH:

NIGHTINGALE- At Cabot Villa, Redland Grove, Bristol, on the 8th inst., the wife of J. W. NIGHTINGALE, Esq., of a daughter.

DEATHS:

McCOURT - On Sunday, 8th inst., John Way, infant son of mr. P. McCOURT.

JACKMAN - At Renews, on Tuesday, 4th inst., Mr. George JACKMAN, aged 79 years.

KOUGH - On wednesday last, 11th March, Mary, widow of the late Hon. Patrick KEOGH, aged 86 years.

LUSCOMBE - On Wednesday March 11th, Mary, relict of the late Mr. Edward LUSCOMBE, aged 82 years. American papers please copy.

Deaths:

GRANT - On Monday last, Daniel GRANT, printer, at the premature age of 22 years.

HOVELLS - At Merasheen, Placentia Bay, February 14th, Mr. John HOVELLS, aged 72 years.

NEILL - On Thursday, 12th inst., Mr. John O'NEILL, aged 64 years.

NELSON - At Carbonear, on the 7th inst., Catherine Douglas Stewart, infant daughter of Roland M. and Jessie NELSON, aged 18 days.

McMORRIS - On Wednesday morning, Mary Louisa, wife of R. J. McMORRIS Esq., Staff Surgeon R. N., and daughter of William WHEATLEY, Esq., Her funeral will take place this day Saturday at 3 o'clock, from the residence of her father.

HACKET - On Thursday, Mrs. Johanna HACKET, in the 82nd year of her age.

HENNESSY - At Merasheen, on Monday morning, March 9th, Edward HENNESSY, aged 62 years.

McGRATH - On the 18th inst., Mr. Patrick McGRATH, in the 54th year of age.

MARRIAGES:

SULLIVAN - DONAHUE - On Sunday last, by the Rev. T. McGRATH, Mr. John SULLIVAN, Sergeant, Constabulary, to Annie, only daughter of Mr. Thomas DONAHUE.

DEATHS:

CARROLL - On Saturday, 11th inst., at Bonavista, after a long and painful illness, which confined him to his bed for a year or more, Thomas CARROLL, aged 49 years.

SMITH - Yesterday morning, after a protracted illness, in the 64th year of her age, Dianna A., wife of John W. SMITH, Esq., Manager of the Union Bank of this city.

SWEETLAND - At Bonavista, April 6th, Samuel, eldest son of Mr. Joseph SWEETLAND.

MESH - At Bonavista, April 10th, Henry, son of Joseph MESH, aged 24 years.

(I think there is a misprint in the spelling of the name in this next one, although I don't know which is right) BLANDFORD - At Greenspond, on the 7th inst., Joseph William, youngest son of Mr. Darius and Amelia BLANFORD, aged seventeen years.

ENGLISH - At Branch, St. Mary's Bay, after a long and painful illness, Nicholas, the second son of J. W. ENGLISH, Esq., J. P., in the 34th year of his age.

HAGERTY - At Brewley, Placentia Bay, in the 77th year of his age, Mr. Hugh HAGERTY.

DONNELLY - At Harbor Grace, on Tuesday morning last, after a short illness, Isabella Mary, only daughter of the Hon. W. J. S. DONNELLY, aged 6 years and 9 months.
