CLARKE, DAISY MAE
Passed away Jan. 2, 2007, peacefully, Daisy Mae Clarke at the Green Bay Health Care Centre, Springdale, age 74 years. Predeceased by: son, Rodney and husband, Corbin. Left with fond and loving memories are: sons, Rennie of Lloydminster, AB, Garnet (Susanne) of Springdale, Robert of Campbell River, BC, Steven of Grande Prairie, AB; daughters, Pauline (Donald Wheeler) of St. John's, Carolyn (Ted Robinson) of Springdale, Dianne (Barry Rolfe) of Springdale, Patricia (Allan Sharpe), of Campbell, AB. RICE, ASENETH META
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aseneth Meta Rice announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on January 7, 2007 at the age of 83. Meta Rice was a member of the Redemption Pentecostal Church in Port Anson, NL. She was a housewife. Predeceased by her husband, William Rice. Left with fond and loving memories are her 13 children. Sons; Scott (Rose) of St. John's, Roy (Bernice) of Port Anson, Malcolm (Vera) of Port Anson, and Terry (Loretta) of Port Anson; daughters; Gleason (Bert Penney) of Springdale, Betty (Ford Morey) of Port Anson, Fanny (Roy Wellman) of Springdale, Eileen (Mervin Wiseman) of North Harbour, Madileen (Ernie McGrath) of Winnipeg, Mamie (Don Spencer) of Springdale, Loretta (Earle Ball) of Stanhope, Roslyn (Shawn Burton) of Port Anson and Faye (Jeff Brown) of Port Anson. TUCKER, RALPH
Passed away Jan. 8, 2007 Ralph Tucker, age 86 years at Green Bay Health Care Centre, Springdale. Left to mourn are: wife, Lucy; daughter, Ruby (Harvey) of King's Point, NL; grandchildren, David (Diane) of Hamilton, ON, Betty (Shawn), of King's Point, NL, Karen (Morris) of Ming's Bight, NL, Diane (Tony) of Lloydminster, AB, and Darrell (Liza) of Red Deer, AB. FUDGE, FRANK
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank George Fudge announce his passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre in Botwood on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the age of 82. Frank was a member of the Orange Society. Frank Fudge retired from Abitibi Price. Predeceased by parents, Sidney and Phoebe Fudge; brothers, Lloyd, Ern, Clarence and Wilson; sisters, Vera , Marjory and Audrey. Left with fond and loving memories are brothers Gordon (Bina) and Woodrow (Evelyn). Reverend Barbara Noble conducted the funeral service at the United Church in Pilley's Island on January 16, 2007. Interment was at the United Church cemetery. Pallbearers were John Ryan, Nelson Whelan, Walter White, Roy Anthony, Mike Whelan and Otto Rice. NORMAN, JENNIFER LEE (JENNY)
Age 29 Years

It is with great sadness the family of the late Jennifer Lee (Jenny) Norman announce her passing. Jenny passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, AB, January 18, 2007, surrounded by her loving family and close friends. She will be forever loved and missed by her precious son, Joshua, Edmonton, AB; parents, Gary and Jenny Norman, Baie Verte, NL; brothers, Jamie (Peggy), Maple Ridge, BC, and Craig (Brenda), Longlac, ON; sister, Kim (Jeff), Edmonton, AB; companion and father of her son, Paul Beaulieu, Edmonton, AB; nieces and nephews, Brianna, Anthony, Conor, Caleigh and Aodhan; Pop Jacobs, aunts and uncles and a large circle of other relatives and friends who loved her dearly. GAVIN, ETHAN ALLAN TERRENCE
September 4, 2005 - January 27, 2007

Ethan suddenly passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at the age of sixteen months. Ethan was born to proud parents, Brad and Abby Gavin, on September 4, 2005. In his short life, Ethan touched and brought smiles to so many people. He lit up our lives for the short time he was with us with his beautiful blue eyes, his never-ending smile and his happy disposition. Ethan leaves to mourn his parents, Abbey and Brad Gavin; his great-grandparents, Delores Vigen, Louise Veale, Emily and Bill Hewitt and Herbert and Mary Gavin; his grandparents, Allan and Joyce Gavin, Terry and Debbie Vigen, and Shelly Vigen and Ernie Rumbolt; his aunts and uncles, Coralee Gavin and Glenn Rice, Darren Gavin and Trisha Mounsey, Matt and Shandra Vigen, Josh Vigen and Natasha Hasham, and Keith and Jenn Lewis; his cousin Madison Gavin; his godparents, Darren Gavin, Jenn Lewis and Cordale Hewitt, as well as numerous other family and friends. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Anglican Church of Canada (6610 Poplar Drive, Grande Prairie, Alberta) with interment to follow at the Grande Prairie Cemetery. Passed away at St. Clare's Hospital on Saturday, January 27, 2007, Raymond George Foss, aged 83 years, of Chamberlains (formerly Badger). Predeceased by mother, Ethel (Austin); father, Henry; sisters, May and Harriet; brothers, Henry, Bert and Bob. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 56 years, Ella (Foote); daughter, Viola (Levi Beardy); son, Jody (Kelly); grandchildren, Krista, Sarah, Aaron and Amanda; great-grandchildren, Kendra, Isaiah, Leah, Lily, Lydia, Riley and Liam; sister, Evelyn Wimbleton,; brother, Cecil (Maisie), as well as many other family and friends. ANDREWS, ROSS
Passed away Jan 31, 2007 peacefully after a short illness, Ross Andrews at Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 86 years of age. Mr. Andrews retired from work as a chef in 1986 and was a member of Senior's 50 Plus Club, La Scie. Predeceased by: wife, Daisy; parents, Robert and Bertha Andrews; sisters, Flora Mitchell, Minnie Yates, Mable Bishop, Mary Guy and Elsie Curtis; brothers, Pearce Andrews, Samuel Andrews, William George Andrews, Stewart Andrews and Bruce Andrews. Left with fond and loving memories are: son, David (Trula); sister-in-law, Maude Saunders of La Scie; brothers-in-law, Allan Andrews (Pearl) of Deer Lake, Lawrence (Shirley), of St. Lunaire, Everett Andrews (Ree), of Botwood. LUFF, ERIC AMOS
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eric Amos Luff announce his passing at his home in Beachside on January 31, 2007, at the age of 68. Eric retired from mining in 2002. Predeceased by: parents, Ronald and Elsie Luff; two sisters and one brother. Left with fond and loving memories are: his wife, Lola (Stuckless); son, Paul of Beachside; daughters, Cindy (Norman) of Labrador City and Lisa (Steven) of Beachside. Also leaving to mourn are: sisters Cassie and Ruby and brother Ronald; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Walsh, Fleur de Lys, NL., Michael James Walsh (Kathleen), Fleur de Lys, NL., Irene Lewis (Gerald), Fleur de Lys, NL., Sarah Smith (Kevin), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL., Bart Jr. Walsh (Marion), Fleur de Lys, NL., Elaine Collins (Danny), Fort McMurray, AB., Donald Walsh (Laura), Fleur de Lys, NL., Emilda House (Morgan), Daniel's Harbour, NL., Corina Walsh (Fred), Fort McMurray, AB., Thomas Walsh (Debbie), Fort McMurray, AB.; 27 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren; siblings - Irene Carrier, Patricia Bryan, Monica Kruse, Tom Lewis, Marie Ladd (Gene) and a large circle of other relatives & friends. Father Tom Duffenais conducted the funeral mass at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church & Cemetery, Fleur De Lys on Saturday, February 3, 2007. Pallbearers were Damon Downey, Carlos Lewis, Paul Billard, Courtney Patey, Louie Billiard, Dion Walsh; and the crossbearer was Bartholomew James Patey. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wimbleton's Funeral Home, Baie Verte.
