Reid Margaret Burns (Gardner)
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Burns Reid (nee Gardner) announces her passing at her home in Miles Cove on March 18, 2006 at the age of 70 years. Margaret Reid was a member of the Miles Cove Pentecostal Church. Predeceased by her parents Andrew and Georgina Gardner. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband William Ross Reid Sr.; sons, Ross Jr. (Gloria) of Miles Cove, NL., Denzil (Betty-Jean) of Miles Cove, NL.; daughters, Dianne Ryan (Dino) of Marathon, Ont., Beverly Chatman (Edward) of Miles Cove, NL., Heather Hillier (Peter) of Springdale, NL. Also leaving to mourn brother, Andrew Gardner (Helen); three sisters, Jean Rowsell, Mary Sooley and Alice Loveman (Leonard); twelve grandchildren, Chastity (Johnny), Krista, Stephen, Candace, Kara, Ashley, Erika, Alexander, Devon, Danielle, Andrew and Aaron; two great grandchildren, Isaiah Rowsell and Emily Ryan and a large circle of relatives and friends. Pastor Ben Brown conducted the funeral service from the Pentecostal Church in Miles Cove on March 20, 2006. Interment was at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Miles Cove. Pallbearers were Andrew Gardner (brother), Ross Reid (son), Denzil Reid (son), Edward Chatman (son-in-law), Peter Hillier (son-in-law) and Dennis Rowsell (nephew).

Wells Edwin Allan
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edwin Allan Wells announces his passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on March 19, 2006 at the age of 79 years. Edwin retired from carpenter work in 1992. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Gertie Wells; sister Elsie and brother Raymond. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Joyce; sons, Melvin Wells (Edith) of Springdale, Joe Wells (Laura) of Springdale, Rayfield Wells (Beverly) of Springdale; daughter Golda Morey (Hubert) of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn brother Frank Huxter (Phyllis) of South Brook; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Major Gerald Lacey conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on March 21, 2006. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Springdale. Pallbearers were Alfred Milley, John Saunders, Gordon Noble, Dean Blackler, Elvis Noble and Terry Rolfe.

Tatchell Rosalind Gwen (nee Roberts)
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rosalind Gwen Tatchell (nee Roberts) announces her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center, Springdale on March 20, 2006 at the age of 38 years. Rosalind was a member of the Maranatha Pentecostal Church, Triton. Predeceased by her grandparents Fred and Geneva Roberts and Andrew Roberts. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Gordon Tatchell; daughter, Shelby Tatchell of Triton, NL. Also leaving to mourn parents, Brenton and Phyllis Roberts; sisters, Rhonda (Brian Winsor), Roxie (Wyatt Winsor), Rosalie (Deon Roberts); niece, Tia (Adam Rowsell); nephew, Lucas Winsor and a large circle of relatives and friends. Pastors Glen and Enid Chaulk conducted the funeral service from the Maranatha Pentecostal Church in Triton on March 23, 2006. Interment was at the Triton Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers were Brian Winsor, Dean Roberts, Wyatt Winsor, Lucas Winsor, Clay Gaulton and Jamie Tatchell
