Passed away at the Dr.G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on October
20, 2011, Pearce Gordon Skiffington, age 83, from Musgravetown. Predeceased by
parents Bowman and Sarah Ann Skiffington; son Stephen; six brothers and two
sisters. Leaving to mourn are his loving wife Jessie; sons Gordon, Larry (Valerie),
Craig (Bernadine); daughter Trudy (Rakesh); brother Lesley, ten grandchildren,
eight great grandchildren and many other family and friends. Rested at Fewer's
Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral Service took place at Heritage United Church,
Musgravetown on October 23, 2011 with internment following.

on Friday, November 25, 2011, Teena Drodge, aged 36 years of Clarenville. Left
with fond and loving memories are her son, Brandon; parents Calvin & Jane
Drodge; grandmother Lila White; sisters Maxine (Ernest) Vaters, Tammy (Matthew)
Green; brother Cordell; sister in law Dorothy as well as nieces, nephews, aunts

Home, Clarenville. Funeral service was held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from the
Salvation Army Citadel, Clarenville with interment to follow at the Pleasant
Street Cemetery, Clarenville.

Passed peacefully away in his home in Caplin Cove on Friday,
December 9, 2011, William Drodge aged 84 years. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Rachel
of 59 years, daughter Nina Woodfine (Bernard); sons Glen (Barbara), Clyde (Christine),
Carl (Elsie), Keith (Jackie); 13 grandchildren; sister Annie Squires and a
large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Little
Hearts Ease. Funeral service was held on Monday, December 12, 2011 from Wesley
United Church, Caplin Cove with interment at the United Cemetery, Caplin Cove.

Clarice Alice (Ivany) White
June 12, 1937 - December 8, 2011
Clarice White passed peacefully away the morning of December
8, 2011 after
a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by family at the Dr. L. A. Miller
Centre in St. John's, NL. Clarice (Ivany) White was born to Charles and Gladys
Ivany in Shoal Harbour, NL. She met her life-long partner and husband, Raymond
White, in Princeton, NL after her father was stationed there with the railway.
In 1956 they married and together raised five children and were special grandparents
to seven grandchildren. Clarice devoted her life to raising her children and
being a special part of her grandchildren's lives. Clarice was a member of
the United Church and an active member for many years with the United Church
Women. Clarice will forever be remembered as a caring mom who always brought
her family so much happiness through all the ways she gave of herself and made
the home a place of comfort and love. In the last year, the determination,
strength, and wit she showed in the face of illness will forever be an inspiration
to all those who loved her. Memories of her will always be a special gift.
Clarice is predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond White and parents Charles
and Gladys Ivany. Left to mourn are her children Don (Gay), Glenda (Morley),
Barry (Carol), Karen (Aubrey), and Scott (Gui). Grandchildren Steven and Sara,
Allison, Alexander, and James, Russell and Benjamin. Brothers, Alonzo (Isabelle),
Herman, Lloyd, Boyd (Mary), and Orrin (Ruby), sister, Anetha, and sister-in-law,
Emily. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home in Lethbridge, NL. A celebration of Clarice's
life took place at the United Church in Lethbridge, NL on Sunday, December
11, 2011 with interment at the United Church Cemetery in Princeton, NL. Donations
in her memory may be made to Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic, St. John's.

with interment at Pleasant Street Cemetery, Clarenville.

Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center in St. John's on Friday,
December 9, 2011, Cavell Hancock of Jamestown, aged 76 years. Predeceased by
her husband Fred; sister, Blanche Hancock; brother, Jack Maidment. Left with
fond and loving memories are her sons, Henry (Theresa), Boyd (Linda), Lloyd;
one grandson, Kenny; sister Jane Fifield (Maxwell); brothers Harry (Pauline),

RAYMOND, Anna Roberta "Bobby" - 89, Villa Saint
Joseph-du-Lac, Dayton, Nova Scotia, and formerly of Digby, Nova Scotia, passed
away on Friday, December 9, 2011. Born October 1, 1922, she was the daughter
of the late Frank and Harriet Ditmars (Rice). She was predeceased by her husband,
Seymour Raymond. Her interests included sewing, knitting, curling, cooking,
travelling, shopping and visiting friends and family. She loved nature. Birds
and flowers were two of her favourites. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra
(Edwin) Nickerson, Yarmouth; a son, Bruce (Majalla) Raymond, Port Blandford,
Newfoundland; sister, Pauline (Willis) Robar; nephew, Michael Robar, Dartmouth;
brother-in-law, Charles Hersey; niece, Gail Hersey, Digby; grandchildren, Andrea,
Sara Jane, Paul and Brandy; great grandchildren, Joshua, Alexandra, Maria,
Olivia, Thomas Bruce, Evelyn and Kya. As well as family and friends, she will
be missed by Donnie Michaels. There was no visitation. A memorial service was
held on Thursday, December 15 at 10 a.m. at H. M. Huskilson's Funeral Home,
Yarmouth, where a reception followed. Flowers were welcome. Donations may be
made to Villa Saint Joseph-du-Lac Foundation. A private internment took place
in Old Saint Edward's Cemetery, Clementsport, NS.

surrounded by his family in St. John's, Newfoundland. Predeceased by his parents
Edgar and Gwendolyn Hounsell. First wife Mary Leah Hounsell (Keats), brother
Allan Hounsell, sister Fannie Best. Leaving to mourn wife Rita, daughters Malvina
(Andy) Alexander; Tina (Edgar) Oldford; Mary (Tony) Folkes; son David, stepdaughters
