Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Science Centre, St. John's, James Allison Vardy of Hickman's Harbour. Predeceased by his parents James and Belle Vardy, grandaughter Sarah Rebecca Vardy, brother Scott and sister Sally. He will be greatly missed by his wife Edith; children Trudy (Bruce Davis), Beverly (Dave Stone), Denice (Scott MacDonald), Lorne (Tracy Simmonds), Elaine(Greg Kirby), Lloyd (Tina Laite) and Darrell (Gerri Lynn Duffett); grandchildren Nicholas, Joshua, Laura, Matthew, Timothy, Olivia, Alexander and Curtis; six brothers and two sisters and their spouses; also a large number of relatives and friends.
