Melindy / Ruby
John and Heather (Ruby) thank God for their long awaited first child.
A precious son, Jacob Leonard Goran, born December
3, 1998, in Romania, arrived home March 3, 2000. Proud grandparents
are Leonard and Lena Ruby and Joseph and Eileen Melindy. We would like
to thank our family and friends for all their support. Special thanks
to aunt Georgina Martin, Lynn Haire of Partners in Inter-Country Adoption,
and Sidonia and Nicoleta and all the workers at Bethany Christian Services
in Romania.

Upshall / House
Randy and Lori-Ann (nee House) are thrilled to announce the arrival
of their second child, a son, Braden William, born on December
12, 1998 at 11:47 p.m., weighing 9 lbs. 6½ ozs.. A new
baby brother for Kayleigh. Proud grandparents are Mrs. Beatrice House
of Mount Pearl. and Frank and Selina Upshall of North Harbour. Special
thanks to nursing staff, Dr. Gill, Jennifer and Margaret Ann.
