I HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED! After 8 days overdue. I, Shauna Marie (8lbs. 7 ozs), was born on July 24^th, 2001 (a hot and sunny Tuesday evening) at 7:32 pm in the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor Hospital. My proud and excited parents are Paul (originally of Placenta) and Margaret (nee Bolger, originally of West St. Modeste). Sandy (my cat) is also adjusting to my being around. I am the 17th grandchild of Mrs. Mary J. Moore (Placentia) and the 11th grandchild of Mr. John M. Bolger (West St. Modeste). Looking down from heaven during my miraculous birth was Mr. Edward R. Moore and Mrs. Nancy Bolger. Myself, Mom and Dad want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Drs. Umeh (Delivery Dr.), Shaikh (Pediatrician), Cohen (family doctor), Bruce and Butler. As well we appreciated sincere generosity of all the nurses, caseroom staff, delivery team, student nurses and residents who made our 6 day stay on the 4th floor so very comforting and relaxing. Your kind acts will always be remembered.
