September 4, 1909 - August 28, 1996
We, the family of the late Florence Clarke would like
to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who helped
in any way to alleviate the sorrow caused by the passing of a dear wife,
mother, sister and nanny. Many thanks to Dr. A. Hutton, family doctor,
staff of 7th West and Emergency, St. Clare's Mercy Hospital,
Monsignor Doody, Fr. McKenna and Caul's Funeral Home (especially Michelle
Anderson). A very special thank-you to her nieces and nephews who read
and sang at church and to those who served as pallbearers and to all those
who expressed kindness through your phone calls, gifts of food, flowers,
cards, visits to the hospital during her illness, visits to the funeral
home and attendance at church- thank-you. Although it is impossible to
thank everyone individually, please be assured your kindness did not go
unnoticed and will always be remembered.

The family of the late Edward (Fub) Joy who passed away on August
16, 1996 wish to express their sincere thanks to all family and friends who
helped us though our great loss. We gratefully acknowledge the many sympathy,

to all the staff and nurses on 5 North B at the Health Sciences Complex

The family of the late Matthew P. Power wish to express
our sincere appreciation to all those family, friends, neighbours and co-workers
whose support and acts of kindness helped comfort us during our time of
sorrow. The prayers, Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, In Memoriam donations
and gifts of food were greatly appreciated. A special thank-you is extended
to the wonderful staff and volunteers at the Palliative Care Unit, St.
Clare's Hospital for providing our father with the utmost in care and comfort;
to St. Theresa's Parish for their comforting prayers and beautiful Funeral
Mass; to the Royal Canadian Legion who honoured our father; he will always
be remembered. Thank you all for caring.

Words cannot express our deep gratitude to all who helped in any way
during the illness and death of our beloved mother, Ethel. To all relatives,
friends who visited Mom at the Health Sciences Centre, we thank you.
Special thanks to Dr. Maroun, nursing staff and the doctors of ICU. To
Father Brown, Father Bolton for visiting Mom at the hospital. To Monsignoir
Coady for reciting the Rosary, Father Doody for celebrating the Mass,
to Caul's Funeral Home for handling the arrangements with courtesy and
dignity. We gratefully acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy offered
through Mass cards, sympathy cards, floral arrangements, phone calls
to the hospital and funeral home, to our out of town relatives who travelled
the distance to be with us. It is impossible to thank everyone personally
but pleased to be assured that your kindness will always be remembered.
