Fardy, Hugh C.
Passed peacefully away on Sunday, April 9th, 1995 at Humber Memorial Hospital, Toronto. Leaving to mourn; loving and devoted wife Kathleen (nee Gillies); one daughter Ann (Michael); four sons; Hugh (Judy), Ian (Shannon), Neil (Corrine), Geoffrey (Allyson) and seven loving grandchildren; sister Margaret O'Brien: brothers; Paul, Frank and Darce, and a large circle of other relatives and friends at St. Johns. Resting at O'Conner Funeral Home, Don Mills, Ontario. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 12 at 1:30 P.M., from Annunciation Church.

Gregory, Elsie
Passed peacefully away at the Salvation Army Grace General Hospital on Friday, April 7, 1995, Mrs. Elsie Gregory of Winterton, age 68 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; husband George; three daughters; Sandra Peters, Foxtrap, Lois and husband Kevin Banton, Heart's Delight, Mary, Winterton; three grandchildren; Shawn, Suzanne and Stephanie: one sister Rand, (Mrs. Eldred Green), Winterton; also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. Funeral Service to be held on Monday, April 10th, at 1:30 P.M. from Green's Funeral Home. Interment at the Gospel Hall Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Intensive Care Unit of the Grace General Hospital, St. John's.

MORGAN, Moses - Companion of the Order of Canada, Brigadier General, President Emeritus of the Memorial University of Newfoundland. Passed away peacefully at his home on April 24, 1995, in his 77th year. Predeceased by two brothers: Rev. James (Carrie) and Jacob (Hettie); two sisters: Julia and Claire (William Smith). Leaving to mourn his loving wife Grace (Weymark), two brothers: Herbert (Bettey) and Gerald (Marg); two sisters: Maude (Short) and Margaret (Wallace MacDonald) and a number of nieces and nephews. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visiting hours Tuesday 7-9p.m., Wednesday 10a.m. to noon, 2-4p.m. and 7-9p.m. Funeral service from the Anglican Cathedral on Thursday, April 27 at 2p.m. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road. No flowers by request, contributions in his memory may be made to the M.O. Morgan Scholarship Fund for first year students at Memorial University.

WINSOR, Frank
Passed peacefully away at Red Deer, Alberta, on 1995 04 16. Aged 83 years. Formerly of Kelowna, BC, and St. John's, NF. Former employee of CNR, Valley Car Shop. Leaving to mourn his wife Violette, Red Deer, now living at Pointe Claire, Quebec; three daughters: Madeline Donahou and husband Joe at Wenatchee, WA; Violette Vance and husband Fred at Red Deer; Jeanette Winsor at Pointe Claire, Quebec; son Leslie A. Winsor and wife Sandra of Mount Pearl; six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren; sister Miriam Volmer of Stratford, New Jersey; two brothers Herbert L. Winsor, and Allan (Julie) Winsor of St. John's; sisters-in-law Anne Winsor of St. John's and Annie Winsor of Cambridge, MA. Funeral services from George Street United Church at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, 1995 07 29. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations may be made to In Memorial Fund, George Street United Church, P.O. Box 698, St. John's, A1C 5L4.
