Passed away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, August 5, 1981, Frederick V. Fry of Portugal Cove, age 62 years, Naval Veteran of World War 11. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Annie (nee Mitchell); one sister, Elsie (Mrs. Ted Quigley), of St. John’s; three brothers; Merviell and Frank of Toronto, Douglas of Goose Bay, Labrador; also leaving to mourn nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at the Carnell Memorial Chapel, Freshwater Road. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 2:30 pm from the United Church, Portugal Cove. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Crippled Children’s Fund.
