Knight, Ralph Godden
Passed peacefully away January 22nd, 1994 at the age of 79. Veteran of WW11. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Irene. Four sons; Ian (Margaret), Kelligrews, Alfred (Shirley), Toronto, Edwin of St. John’s, Ralph Jr., (Beryle) of Calgary, Alberta; three daughters; Susan Costegan (Cyril), Labrador City, Joanne Keough (Frank), Plate Cove, B. B. , Ramona Harris (Roger), Fortune; step-sons Randy Williams (Marjorie), Goulds, Gerry Williams (Ruth), Goulds; step-daughters; Kay Williams of St. John’s, Heather Antle (Wayne), Mount Pearl; two brothers Clarence of St. John’s, Alex of Topsail; one sister Jean Kellett of Tupelo, Mississippi. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

STACK, William M. Veteran Royal Navy WWII
Passed peacefully away at his home in Petty Harbour on Thursday, January 13, 1994, aged 74 years. Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Sinnott), December 20, 1988. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, four daughters: Beverley (Gerald) Murphy, Dartmouth, N.S., Sheila (Jerry) Whitten, Maddox Cove, Regina (Robin) Vivian, Kilbride and Jeanette (Cyril) Whitten, Petty Harbour; nine grandchildren: Dawn, Billy and Julie Murphy, Adam and Hilary Whitten, Allison and Bradley Vivian, Stephen and Tiffany Whitten; brother Fred and sister Carmel; sisters-in-law: Kay Murphy and Judy Whelan and brothers-in-law Michael and Joseph Sinnott of Kilbride, also a large number of relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Funeral Mass Monday, January 17, 1994 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Church, Petty Harbour. Interment at the R.C. Cemetery, Petty Harbour. Flowers gratefully accepted or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
