STANLEY, Harry A.
Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Palliative Care Unit of St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on July 20, Harry A. Stanley, age 68 years. Life long member of the Kilbride Lions Club. Predeceased by his wife Mildred, February 5, 1994. Leaving to mourn his sad loss, six sons: Carlson (wife Yvonne), Tolson (fiancée Bridie), Allan (wife Thora), Scott (fiend Marie), John and Andy; three daughters: Eva (husband Gerald), Mary (husband Keith), Tammy (fiend Mike); also lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren: Jason, Darryl, Susan, Linda-Joy, Christal, Scott, Adam and Bradley; also one sister Mary Noseworthy, St. John's; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at the Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road, Funeral Service Friday, July 22 at 2 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Goulds with interment in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Goulds. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Clinic.

WEIR, Eliza Jane (Jinnie)
Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family, at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, on July 20, 1994, Eliza Jane Weir (Jinnie) of Petty Hr., in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband George, July 11, 1958, son Ronald, Oct. 8, 1983, grandson David and son-in-law Mac Horan. Leaving to mourn sons: Clarence (Olive), John (Rita), Allan (Edna) of Ajax, Ontario, David (Beatrice); daughters: Clara Quinton (Jim) of Southern Bay, Mary (Mrs Mac Horan) of St. John's, Muriel Chafe (Errol), Catherine Spitzig (Howard), Olive Chafe (Llewellyn), Laura Burry (Pat); and daughter-in-law Gladys Weir; 34 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 22, 1994, at 2:30 p.m. from St. George's Anglican Church, Petty Hr., with interment at St. George's Cemetery, Petty Hr.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. George's Memorial Fund.
