DUNN, Robert Joseph (Bob) - Passed peacefully away on Sunday, March 14th, after a very courageous battle, age 46 years. Pre-deceased by his sister Mary Peddle, May, 1987. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving and devoted wife Linda (nee Cluett); his two precious children Colin and Jacqueline; his loving parents Ann and Patrick Dunn; three brothers: Don and wife Jean, Pat and wife Mary and Jack and wife Mary (Oromocto, New Brunswick); four sisters: Margaret Bennett, Shirley and husband Gerald Oliver, Alice and husband Gerald Yetman, Bernice and husband Kevin Oliver; brother-in-law Jim Peddle; his special mother-in-law, Mary S. Cluett, Garnish; two brothers-in-law: Morley Cluett and wife Verna, Halifax, Walter Cluett and wife Rose, Texas; six sisters-in-law: Eileen and husband Maurice O'Brien, Marion Parsons, St. John's, Doris and husband James, Day, Rita and husband Roy Hardiman, Garnish, Effie and husband Jack Matchem, Hazel and husband Eric Harding, Halifax; special friends: Wayne and Clarice Payne, Anne and Lorne Norris, Gerald and Barbara Dooley, Floyd and Betty Spracklin, Corner Brook; numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family flowers only. Donations gratefully accepted in his memory to the Newfoundland Cancer Clinic or St. Clare's Palliative Care Unit. Remains resting at Caul's Funeral Home. Funeral on Wednesday, March 17, at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Always remembered, and ever loved.

NOSEWORTHY, Chad - Passed away at his home in Fort McMurray on Saturday, March 13, 1993, after a short but courageous battle with cancer, age 15 years. Left to mourn with cherished and loving memories, father Rex (formerly of Bell Island), mother Thelma and sister Dana. Also, a large circle of friends and relatives in Fort McMurray and Newfoundland. Remains to be cremated. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

RICHARDS, James (Frank) - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital March 16, 1993, after a short battle with cancer, Frank Richards in his 66th year. Leaving to mourn his cherished memory his loving wife Margaret (nee Petten); eleven children: Carol (friend Mike), Jim (Lillian), Bridget Fewer (Gerry), Sandra Dillon (Billy), Judy French (Harold), Mary Rideout (Kevin), Linda at home, John at St. John's, Joyce Grouchy (Basil), Chris (Friend Bob), Sarah (Friend Bob); one step-son, Paul Petten (Sheila); thirteen grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and many other relatives and friends. He also leaves a very dear friend, Jack Avery and family. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home. Funeral on Thursday, March 18, to Corpus Christi Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Kilbride Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

SLOAN, Gerald - Passed peacefully away March 16, 1993, at St. Clare's Hospital, aged 66 years. Leaving to mourn one brother, James; two sisters: Elizabeth Dandridge (Francis), California, Margaret Lee (Lance), St. John's; special cousin Gertrude Chafe; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home. Funeral Friday, March 19, to St. Patrick's Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

WIGHT, Gertrude (nee Brinson) - Entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 16, 1993, at the Grace General Hospital, age 59 years. Predeceased by her infant son Wayne. Wife of Hunter (Bob); mother of Susan (Mrs. Isaac Webb) and Barry (fiancee Meshell Sampson); grandmother of Morgan Leigh Webb; sister of Joyce (Clarence) Hoffe, Lewisporte; Evelyn (Pat) Hurley, Grand Falls; Violet (leo) Hollohan, Gander; Mildred (Stephen) Steeves, Grand Falls; brothers: Morley (Jo), Gander; Eric (Emily) and Francis (Joan), Victoria Cove; her special friends Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hurley, Corner Brook; also a number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue. Visiting hours Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00-12:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m.; Friday 10:00-1200 a.m. Funeral service to be held at Barrett's Chapel 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 1993. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice. Always remembered - always loved.
