Barrett, Willis John
Passed peacefully away on May 17th, 1953, Willis John Barrett (Funeral Director). leaving to mourn wife, daughter (Mrs. Leslie Sparkes), and a son, Robert, also 4 grandchildren. Funeral will take place on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from his son's residence, 29 Cornwall Avenue, to Cochrane St. Church. Interment at General Prost. Cemetery.

Blackmore, Charles Edward
Passed peacefully away suddenly on Sunday night, May 17, 1953, Charles Edward Blackmore; leaving to mourn 4 sisters; Mabel (Mrs. Ern Manuel), Margaret (Mrs. A.H. Stevens, Cape Town); Miriam, of the city; Pearl, Johannesburg: two brothers, Harold, of the city, and Cyril, Burlington, Ontario. Funeral will take place from his late residence, 17 Leslie Street, on Wednesday, at 2:30 p.m., by motor hearse.

Clarke, Mrs. George
Passed peacefully away at Bonavista, May 11th, 1953, Mrs. George Clarke, in her 73rd year; leaving to mourn 3 sons; William & Tobias, at St. John's, & Saul at Cambridge, Mass.: one daughter, Annie, at home. Funeral to tale place at Bonavista, Wednesday.

Diamond, Margaret
Passed peacefully away at 6:30 this morning, May 18, 1953, at her late residence, White Hills, Margaret, widow of the late John "Jack" Diamond; leaving to mourn one daughter, Florence (Mrs. Edward Mitchell), one son Hubert; 2 sisters and 3 grandchildren. Funeral will take place on Thursday, at 2:30 p.m., by motor hearse, from her late residence, White Hills.

Doheney, Elizabeth
Passed peacefully away, after a short illness, Mrs. Elizabeth Doheney, in her 91st year: leaving to mourn are 2 sisters in Boston; also 3 daughters: Miss Margaret & Mrs. George M. Perry in Boston, & Mrs. Fred A. Brazil at home: also 2 sons, Thomas & Michael, & 5 grandchildren. Funeral at 9:30 Wednesday morning from her late residence, 17 Prospect Street, to Cathedral. No flowers.

Pinsent, Charles Douglas
Died May 18th, 1953, Charles Douglas, husband of Madeline and only son of E.S. Pinsent. Funeral from his late residence, 50 Empire Avenue, at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19th.
