Bartlett, Lemuel
Passed peacefully away on Sunday, November 21st, 1965. Lemuel Bartlett, of Topsail Road; leaving to mourn two sons, Roy and Eric; one daughter, Jean (Mrs. Eric Bishop); two brothers, John and Gordon, and five grandchildren. Remains resting at Barrett's Funeral Home until 12 noon today. Funeral from St. Mary's Anglican Church at 2:30 P.M.. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.

Burry, Eleanor Sophia
Passed peacefully away at the General Hospital, early Monday Morning, Eleanor Sophia, loving wife of Peter Burry, in her 69th year; leaving to mourn, besides her husband, four daughters, Ella (Mrs. Carman Dyke), May (Mrs. Joseph Fifield), Jean (Mrs. Kevin Windsor), Gwendolyn (Mrs. Wallace LeDrew); two sons, Wilberforce and Cyril; as well as 23 grandchildren. Remains resting at Barrett's Funeral Home. Funeral 2:15 P.M. Wednesday, November 24, 1965 to Wesley United Church. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Tavernor, Margaret (Peggy)
Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles Home, November 23, 1965, Miss Margaret (Peggy) Tavernor, at the age of 44 years. Left to mourn one sister, Mrs. Edward Spencer, Town Square, Bell Island. Remains resting at Barrett's Funeral Home.

Walsh, Patrick V.
Passed peacefully away at his home, Walsh's, the Goulds, Friday, November 19th, 1965 in his 64th year. Left to mourn are his wife, Nellie; six sons, Henry, in Boston; Luke, Norman and James, in Toronto; Patrick and David of the Goulds; also three daughters, Jenny (Mrs. R. Bidgood), Julie (Mrs. M. Furlong), and Frances, all of the Goulds; three brothers, James at Pasadena, Richard of Buchans, and John of the Goulds; four sisters, Mrs. J. Power of Toronto, Jean (Mrs. William Conroy) and Bride (Mrs. Frank Stoddard) of Boston; Margaret (Mrs. John Bailey) of St. John's; and 27 grandchildren. Funeral took place Monday, November 22nd, 1965 at 9 A.M. with Requiem Mass at St. Kevin's Church, the Goulds.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
