LEAMAN, George C. Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, September 5, 1982 after a short illness, George C. Leaman of Petty Harbour, aged 76 years. Leaving to mourn his beloved wife, Mildred; one sister, Mabel (Mrs. T. Penny) of the Goulds; two brothers: William of Petty Harbour and Herman of St. John's; several nieces and nephews; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Carnell Funeral Chapel. Funeral service at St. George's Anglican Church, Petty Harbour, on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Interment in St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Petty Harbour.
