Passed peacefully away September 3, 1989, Walter Gaulton, aged 84 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Dorothy; son Walter (Tom) and wife Marjorie; daughter Eleanor and husband Robert Chafe; six grandchildren; two sisters: Edna Murphy, Palm Beach, Florida and Betty sell, Greenville, Pennsylvania; three half-brothers: Douglas, Max and John. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue. Visiting hours 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service on Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Barrett's Chapel. LEE, Theodore (Ted)
Passed peacefully away after a short illness on September 6, 1989, Theodore Lee, JX173288 Royal Navy, Veteran of 1st 200 Contingent, Overseas WWII at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn his wife Teresa (Howard); daughter Mary of Vancouver: son Michael, Maddox Cove, and special friend Lynette; one brother Ambrose and wife Annie of Petty Harbour; two sisters: Lucy of Mt. Pearl, and Sister Mary Frederick, Sister of Charity, Mt. St. Vincent, Halifax; sister-in-law Mercedes Lee, Goulds; large number of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Caul's Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Kevin's Church, Goulds 10:30 a.m. September 9th. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations, if desired, may be made to the ICU Unit, St. Clare's Mercy Hospital.
Neary, Joseph T.
Passed peacefully away at his late residence, Portugal Cove, after a
short illness, on Sunday, September 29th, 1989, Joseph T. Neary,
age 72 years. Leaving to mourn besides his loving wife Annie, one sister,
Mrs. Lucy Jardine; one brother Austin; two daughters, Delores, Mrs.
Ernest Miller; Anna, Mrs. Patrick White; three sons, David, Hubert,
and Jerome; 15 grandchildren and a large circle of friends. Funeral
from Caul’s Funeral Home on Tuesday Morning, October 1, 1989
to Holy Rosary Church, Portugal Cove for Mass and Requiem at 10:30
am.
