I'm originally from Cape St. George, on the West coast of Newfoundland. I'm trying to find the birth records of Peter Phillips (my g-grandfather) his wife Ester Barter (my g-grandmother) and Ester's parents, Julia Boucher and Francis Barter. I believe Julia Boucher came from Isle Madame in Cape Breton, or less likely from the Magdalen Islands. I have no history of Peter Phillips, his birth, death, burial or his origins. I have Genealogy reports pertaining to my family tree on my website along with pictures. I update it as often as possible.
