Newfoundland Grand Banks Fortune Bay District Genealogy Site This is a good starting point for people researching their ancestors in Newfoundland's Fortune Bay District. This site contains information from the communities within the Fortune Bay district, along the north and east coast from Pass Island, in the west, to just north of Garnish, in the east, as shown on the accompanying map. Anyone can contribute material to this site.
