General Post Office I beg leave to transmit herein to a petition from Chapel Arm and Norman's Cove praying that a Post office may be established there. The population interested in this ??? Number about three hundred who are distant 12 miles from a Post office south and 7 or 8 miles from a Post office north. I respectfully recommend the application to the formourable (???) consideration of the Government
