Will of William Morris Barnes Last Will and Testament of I William Morris Barnes of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Gentleman being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare the following as and for my last will and Testament: To my daughter Ellen I give and bequeath all property household furniture goods chattels monies and effects which I now have or possess and all goods chattels and effects monies and claims which at the time of my death I may have or be entitled to I appoint my said daughter Ellen to be Executrix of this my will and I revoke all former and other wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my hand at St. John's Newfoundland this Twenty fifth day of January Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. (Sgd) W. M. Barnes. Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd) Wm. J. Meehan. (Sgd) B. E. Meehan. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William M. Barnes deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
