Will of John Barrett In re I John Barrett of Coley’s Point in the district of Harbour Grace make my last Will & Testament on the fifth day of December one thousand nine hundred and twenty five. I hereby revoke all my former wills Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions. I appoint my Brother Robert Barrett and Willis Smith executors of this my will. I give and bequeath to my sister Dorcas Barrett All my books and my enlarged Photo thats in the front room. I give and bequeath
to my brother Robert Barrett All my
tools. My Shop & Dwelling
with contents and land that it is on to be my wifes Julia
Barrett to be sole possessor while she holds
her present name. But not to sell any part or parcle In case
she marries again it all reverts to my Brother Robert
Barrett or In witness whereof I the above named Testator have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above mentioned JOHN BARRETT Signed by the Testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us, who being present at the same time in his presence and have hereunto subscribed our names as witness.
