Will of Isaac William Bartlett from Newfoundland will books volume 14 pages 322-323 probate year 1928

In re       DECEASED.
      ISAAC WILLIAM BARTLETT.

This is the last will and testament of Isaac William Bartlett, of Petries Bay Islands, Newfoundland.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Ann Bartlett the dwelling house, furniture, storehouse, and land with all its appurtenances, at present occupied by us, situated at Petries, Bounded on all sides by public roads, except Southside by land occupied by my sons Charles B and Wilfred, for her own use and benefit, during the remaining years of her life, after which to revert to my son "Wilfred" for his use and benefit. Said Wilfred to be his mothers guardian.
All the lands and property bequeathed in this will not to be sold without first giving the then surviving members of the family the first option to purchase.
I give to my eldest son Allan G. Bartlett for his use and benefit only, all that land occupied by him situate at Petries, bounded by main road, Petries property, and Petries Brook, and land in possession of Patrick O'Connel.
"Also" all the piece or parcel of land (cultivated) situated opposite Court House grounds, bounded by land owned and occupied by Mrs John Wells the main road, and wilderness land granted to Maurice Boland Senior. All that land occupied by him situate at Petries bounded by public roads, and land aforesaid occupied by myself and wife.
"Also" all that land occupied by them (the said Charles B and Wilfred) with all the erections thereon, situate at Pleasant View, bounded by waters of the Humber Arm, Railroad, land owned and occupied by James Cooper and Harriet Deeks, to be equally divided between them (Charles B. and Wilfred)
I give to my wife Elizabeth A. Bartlett, Four Thousand dollars, any portion remaining after defraying all expenses in connection with her, after her death, to be divided between members of the family, considered most entitled to it by the executors.
My only daughter Annie E. Petrie shares equally with other beneficiaries in all money matters.
I appoint my sons Robert B. Charles B. and Wilfred, executors of my estate with full authority to collect all moneys due the estate, defray all expenses and make distribution in accordance with their best judgment, and in accorance with my will.
Signed by the said Issac William Bartlett in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence, and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses this 10th day of July 1925.
