Will of Edward W. Bennett Last will and Testament of I Edward W. Bennett of St. John’s
in the Island of Newfoundland Brewer hereby revoke all former wills and
testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will
and testament I devise and bequeath unto my Executor hereinafter named
all the property estate and effects of every description whatsoever of
which I may die possessed Upon Trust to be by him realized and the proceeds
thereof devoted to the maintenance and support of my wife (whilst she
remains unmarried) and my children until the youngest of them shall have
attained the age of twenty one years after which I direct my said Executor
to divide my estate equally amongst my wife and children. I also direct
that should my said wife marry again before the youngest of my children
shall have attained the age of twenty one years then my executor shall
continue to hold the proceeds of my estate upon trust for my said children
until the youngest surviving shall have reached the age of twenty one
years when my said Estate shall be equally divided among my children
then living. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Edward W. Bennett deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
