Will of John Blundon Senior from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 459 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of John Blundon, planter of Bay de Verde Newfoundland. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my youngest son John his male heirs and executors for his and their own use and benefit, absolutely forever My dwelling house and furniture fish and oil houses, flakes stage gardens one behind my son James dwelling house & the other on Blundon's Point. The dwelling house now occupied by Joseph Emberly & all the rooms at present in the occupation of the afsd. Joseph Emberly comprising dwelling house part of stage flakes & house gardens & all other my property whatsoever and wheresoever situated. With this only proviso, that Joseph Emberly is not to be interrupted in the occupation of his dwelling house & room to make a permit fish rent free during his lifetime. Registrar
