      CATHERINE BOWDERING.

I, Catherine Bowdering make this my last will and testament; I give and bequeath unto John Bowdering and Letricia Bowdering his wife all my property situated on the west side of Dominion Iron and Steel Companys Tramway, and consisting of land and dwelling and outhouses and furniture in said dwelling for their joint use. I also give and bequeath unto the aforesaid Letricia Bowdering all moneys drawn from the bank of Nova Scotia, Bell Island by Fannie Murphy and now in the possession of the said Fannie Murphy, for the sole use of the said Letricia Bowdering. In witness whereof And I hereby appoint the aforesaid John Bowdering as executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of James Ryan and Lee Penny this 30^th day of March A.D. 1927.
