Will

I Andrew Brown of Bishops Hr. Salvage in the Electoral district of Bonavista Centre, being of sound mind and disposition, do herein make the following as my last will and testament.
No 1.     All monies and shares belonging to me to be divided into three shares. My wife Mary to have one share and my son Moses to have two shares.
No 2.     All plots of land belonging to me I do give to my son Moses, except that plot known as Rogers garden which I do give to my wife Mary.
No 3.     My dwelling house I do give to my wife Mary.
No 4.     My share of outside property belonging to the company (that is of the three brothers, Kenneth William and myself) I do give to my son Moses.
No 5.     I do name Moses Brown my son together with Mary Brown my wife to be Executor and Executrix of this my will.
