Will of John Bulger from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 104 probate year 1927

In re
      JOHN BULGER.       DECEASED.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Bulger of Flat Rock in the Electoral District of St. John's East, Fisherman, hereby revoking all other and former Wills by me at any time made.

After the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses, I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann all the money of which I may die possessed; I will and bequeath to my daughter Margaret wife of Edward Martin the farm land and premises at present occupied by me and worked and cultivated by the said Edward Martin; I will and bequeath the land on the New Line to my son James; I will and bequeath the land at Red Head to all my children in equal shares; I appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my Will.

St. John's July 7th. 1924.

The Honourable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof

The Petition of Mary Ann Bulger of Flat Rock in the Electoral District of St. John's East.

HUMBLSY SHEWETH AS FOLLOWS:
  1. John Bulger of Flat Rock in the Electoral District of St. John's East, Fisherman, husband of your Petitioner died there on the 14th day of February 1927 having previously made and executed his Last Will and Testament which is hereto annexed marked "A"

  2. Your Petitioner was appointed Executrix of his said Will.

  3. The deceased at the time of his death was possessed of property of the probable value of $848.32 as per inventory hereto annexed marked "B" The said inventory to the best of Petitioner's knowledge information and belief contains a just and true statement and account of the estate of the said deceased at the time of his death so far as your Petitioner can at present ascertain.

Your Petitioner therefore prays that Letters of Probate to the Will of the said John Bulger deceased may be granted to her.

And as in duty bound will ever pray.
