Last will and Testament
of William Bungay
of Sagona Fortune Bay Planter Deceased

This is the last will and Testament of me William Bungay of Sagona Fortune Bay Newfoundland. I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath all the money due to me by Meprs Newman & Co. of Harbor Breton about two hundred and twenty dollars also the money due to me in St. John's Bank about eight hundred dollars, etc and all and every my wearing apparel, any sum or sums of money which may be found in my house or about my person, or due to me at the time of my decease, and every other my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal whether in possession or reversion, remainder or expectancy unto my brother Arthur Bungay to and for his own use and benefit absolutely, and I nominate constitute and appoint my brother Wilson Bungay to be my executor of this my will, and hereby revoking all former or other wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said William Bungay have to this my last will and testament set my hand this fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. William his x mark Bungay Signed and declared by the said William Bungay the Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses J. Henderson Benjamin Snook
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of William Bungay deceased.
