    WILLIAM B. CALVER.     DECEASED.

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.

    I, WILLIAM B. CALVER, of the Borough of Manhattan, City, county and State of New York, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do therefore make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to her.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real or personal, of whatsoever nature and kind, wheresoever situated and whensoever acquired, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, AUGUSTA HENRIETTA CALVER, she to have and to hold the same unto herself for her own uses and purposes absolutely and forever.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, AUGUSTA HENRIETTA CALVER, to be the Executrix of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other or former wills or testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said WILLIAM B. CALVER, Testator herein, has hereunto set his hand and seal this twenty day of FEBRUARY, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
