John Cantwell

This is the last will and testament of me John Cantwell now of 13 Parade Street but formerly of Torbay, retired. I revoke all wills by me at any time herebefore made and I appoint my wife Mary Cantwell to be the sole executrix of this my will.
I leave give devise and bequeath all the property of which I shall die possessed (after payment of my just debts and of my funeral and testamentary expenses) to my said wife absolutely.
In Testimony whereof I have set my hand to this my will at St John's the 13th day of November A.D. 1930

Signed Published and Declared by the above named testator as and for his last will and testament in the joint presence of himself and of us who in such joint presence (the said will having been first read over and explained) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
