Will of John Cantwell from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 627 probate year 1892 Last will and Testament of In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and testament of me John Cantwell of St. John's licensed dealer. First I will and desire that my executors herein mentioned will pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses. Secondly I will devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Cantwell all my monies property goods and effects which I may die possessed of for her sole use behoof and benefit during her life time to be disposed of at her death and she may think right and proper. Thirdly I hereby appoint my wife Mary Cantwell and E. P. Morris my executors of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereto my hand subscribed and set at St. John's this 14th day of July A.D. 1892. (Sgd) John his x mark Cantwell. Witness to the signature of the above testator who in our presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto our names as witnesses. Witness Jno. F. Fox. F. J. Morris.
