This is the last will of me John Thomas CARNELL of Saint John's Carriage Builder.

I devise and bequeath all my estate and effects, real and personal, of which I may die possessed or subtitled to, unto my wife Elizabeth Rixon CARNELL, absolutely.

I appoint my wife Elizabeth Rixon Carnell my sole Executor.
