      FRANK J. CARR.     DECEASED.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Frank J. Carr, of the town of Tully, in the County of Onondaga and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:

FIRST. I ratify and confirm the gift of a piano to my daughter, Jennie L. Masterson, of Washington. D.C.

SECOND. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Lana A. Carr, of East Orange, New Jersey, all books, magazines and manuscript belonging to me at the time of my death.

THIRD. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Lavina J. Carr, of East Orange, New Jersey, my diamond ring.

FOURTH. I give and bequeath to my nephew, Milo J. Carr, my gold watch, chain and pendant or fob attached thereto or worn thereon by me.

FIFTH. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, both real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughters, Jennie L. Masterson, Lana A. Carr and Lavina J. Carr, to be theirs absolutely, the same to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

LASTLY. I hereby appoint my said daughters, Jennie L. Masterson, Lana A. Carr and Lavina J. Carr, to be executrices of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 26th day of April, in the year nineteen hundred and twenty-two.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, Do Certify, that on the 26th day of April, 1922, Frank J. Carr, the testator above named, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and requested us and each of us to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of the date of the said will, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.
